How do I access my account online?

Access your account anytime at www.myiclubonline.com. You will need your 9 digit agreement number that can be found on your Membership Agreement, or ABC Financial bills. Once on the website new visitors will be prompted to provide a small amount of information to set up the account.

How do I update my contact info?

You may update your contact at anytime by stopping into any of our club locations or by logging into your online account through www.myiclubonline.com. At the club, the front desk will provide you with a member change of information form.

How do I update my billing information?
check

Stop in any of our club locations and fill out an account change form. You will need to submit a voided check or an imprint of the new credit/debit card you with to use along with an account change form. You can also update your account information by logging into your online account through www.myiclubonline.com.

How do I cancel my membership?

Please refer to your Membership Agreement for specific cancellation policies. To cancel your membership, a thirty day written notice must be provided. You may either stop into one of our club locations and fill out a cancellation form or send a certified letter to our local administration department. If you choose to send a certified letter, it is very important that you sign the request to cancel or we will be unable to process it. There are no verbal cancellations. Also, please include your 9 digit agreement number that can be found on your Membership Agreement or an ABC Financial bill. Please send certified letters to:

You can make a payment at anytime by stopping into the club or by logging into your online account through www.myiclubonline.com. Or for one time payment arrangements feel free to call the local administration department at 425.820.7386.

Who is ABC Financial?

ABC Financial is our billing company who assists Mieko’s Fitness in processing monthly dues. Mieko's Fitness still manages all memberships. You can access your online ABC financial account at anytime by going to www.myiclubonline.com.

What is EFT?

EFT stands for Electronic Funds Transfer. This allows our members the convenience of having funds automatically withdrawn for dues taken directly from a valid checking account or credit card.

I received a payment booklet in the mail, what is it for?
check

For our members who do not wish to provide account information for automatic withdrawal of membership dues by EFT, a payment booklet is issued for your monthly payments. Alternately, our members will receive payment booklets when we do not have valid account information on file to collect monthly dues, such as in the event of a credit card expiring or checking account being closed. Please be aware that there is an additional $10.00 fee per month if payments are not collected by EFT, as stated in your Membership Agreement.

If you have received a payment booklet but would like to establish or update your EFT information, please stop by at any club to provide this information.
